Description

White oil-only pads are hydrophobic (water-repellent) and oleophilic (oil-attracting) — they absorb oil and fuel even from a water surface, which makes them the right choice for marina, jetty and wharf spill response, outdoor workshop areas, and stormwater drain protection. Box of 200 pads at 480x430mm is the bulk refill size for active oil-spill kits.

Health & Safety

• White = oil only. NOT for chemicals, acids, alkalis or solvents — those need yellow chemical pads
• Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses
• Oil-saturated pads can be a fire hazard — store in a sealed metal waste bin
• Dispose via a licensed waste contractor — saturated oil pads are not general waste

How to use

Don PPE. Place pads directly on the oil spill or float over an oil sheen on water. Allow full absorption — the pad will turn dark and feel heavier. Lift carefully (saturated pads can drip), transfer to a sealed waste bag or container. Cover any residual film with fresh pads. Dispose via a licensed contractor.
