ZEN 21E2 125mm Back-Up Pad. A precision-machined velcro backing plate for 125mm hook-and-loop polishing and sanding discs. Fits standard 5/16" threaded shafts on rotary polishers, sanders and angle grinders.

Description

The ZEN 21E2 is the workhorse 125mm backing plate for trade detailing and panel-shop work. Flexible foam interface helps the pad conform to gently curved panels, hook-and-loop face grips velcro discs and pads securely. Compatible with most velcro-backed sanding discs and polishing pads in the 125mm size range.

• Wear safety glasses or a face shield
• Confirm thread is fully engaged on the tool before power-on
• Inspect for hook wear, foam damage or thread stripping before each use
• Stay within tool RPM ratings — typically max 4000 RPM for polishing applications

How to use

With the tool unplugged or battery removed, screw the ZEN 21E2 onto the spindle until firmly seated. Apply a 125mm velcro disc or polishing pad, pressing firmly across the whole face for full engagement. Start at low RPM to verify smooth running, then work up to operating speed. Peel and replace consumable discs/pads as needed.
