Description

Rieke is the global standard drum bung manufacturer. The 20L Rieke adaptor lets you fit a non-standard tap, pump, dispenser or hose connection into a Rieke-threaded bung opening on a 20L pail or drum. Common application is fitting a screw-on dispenser tap or fast-disconnect hose end to a WICS Made 20L pail.

Health & Safety

• Confirm the adaptor material is chemically compatible with the contents of the drum
• Don't over-tighten — most drum bungs are designed for hand-tight only
• Inspect O-rings before installation
• Test for leaks with water before adding the working chemistry

How to use

Remove the existing Rieke bung from the 20L drum. Thread the adaptor into the bung opening by hand until snug. Attach the matching tap, pump or hose connection to the adaptor. Test for leaks with the drum upright. If leaks are present, retighten by 1/4 turn — never use a wrench unless the manufacturer specifies.
