Available shipping options and locations are displayed at checkout. If you are eligible for free shipping, please select this option. Click and collect options are also available if you are near our locations.

SHIPPING AREAS

We ship Australia-wide – If a shipping option has not been confirmed during checkout, we will contact you to arrange shipping options after sale.  

For security reasons, if your order is placed on a Friday, over a weekend or national holiday period your order will be processed on the first business day following the holiday period. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays. These orders will be processed the following business day.

We endeavour to dispatch products within 24 hours during business hours. Due to supply and demand, public holidays, our dispatch times may vary, please contact us to confirm your estimated delivery.

Please take into account courier operating days, public holidays, delivery parameters and the remoteness of your location.

Perth Metro Area – Same day delivery is available, please process your order before 10am. Any other orders are processed within 24hours of the order placed during working hours. Please contact us to confirm your delivery time.

Pick Up Options – If you are located near our Physical warehouses you will be offered the opportunity to collect your purchase directly from us. This offer will be made during the purchase process.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is processed successfully you will receive an email or phone call from our team to confirm that we have received your order as additional shipping arrangements may need to be made. Orders are processed within 24hours of the order placed during working hours.

Returns

If you are not happy with your WICS product it may be returned to us provided it meets the following criteria:

  • It is in a resalable condition (e.g – in the same condition in which you received it with no damage, it’s still sealed and in the box or packaging)
  • It is within 10 days of receiving the product
  • It was purchased from this website 
  • We have been notified of the return beforehand and provided you with a return address

Once we have received the product we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee if it meets the above criteria.
